Safe and Secure
We provide a safe and secure online payment process and do not store any records of your credit card details. Orders placed on our website are done entirely at your own risk, however we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit and charge card numbers are encrypted  and are only decrypted after they reach our computer; they are not held in clear text on any web site, so you can shop online with us, with complete peace of mind.

We can accept payment by cheque in the post but your order will not be accepted until the cheque clears. Alternatively we can take payment details over the phone.

Our Availability Policy
We work hard on keeping our product availability information up to date and endeavour not to offer any item online that is not available. Of course, things can go wrong from time to time and in that event we will always keep you informed if we hit any problems with your order.  This means that our customers know exactly where they stand when ordering from us however all of our products displayed are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change any offers or prices at any time prior to accepting your order.

If there is something you are unable to find please let us have a daytime contact tel number we will happily give you a call to take your order and then obtain the item for you direct from the manufacturer. Please allow approx 10 days from order to delivery.

All our stated prices are in GBP Sterling and include VAT where applicable. When you place an order with us it will be accepted when we have successfully received payment from you. If we do not receive full payment then the order will not be confirmed or dispatched until the balance has been completed.

If you place an order containing some items not currently in stock, we will hold your order until all is in and ready for dispatch. If you require a split delivery please e-mail us to request this and we will get back to you with the additional shipping costs that apply before shipping.

Dispatch Lead Times
We acknowledge receipt of all orders via automated e-mail within 1 day of receipt. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days (maximum) of receipt (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). In reality 95% plus of all orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.
We will always advise you of any possible delays.
During our busiest times we may take up to 14 working days to dispatch your order, please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any disappointment.
If your order is urgent we will always do all we can to pull forward. Please e-mail us separately if your order is urgent, advising when you need the order by.
If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by separate email or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout stage. (UK orders only)
